Dear members.

Please be advised of a special resolution to be proposed at the next general meeting to be held at Crib Point Community House on Feb 11, 2020 at the usual start time of 7:30pm

The resolution proposed is the removal of the working bee levy.

Under the proposal,

• The working bee levy will be removed from the annual renewal fees
• Existing working bee funds will be moved into the general operating funds, or alternatively put towards paying off the mower loan.
• No further claims for credits / refunds due to previous working bees / agreements will be processed (other than the matter already agreed to be dealt with from the Dec meeting for Mike Gibson)

In order for this resolution to be passed, 75% of members must vote in favour.
